I have tried other types of desk fans, but none have worked as well as this one. It uses 'very little' desk space, is very quiet, and provides more cooling surface than others because of its height.

I used this as a fan between my aquarium surface and the lights above where I needed the slim profile. Don't need/can't use the oscillating feature. The push-button on/off is nice. They are a little noisy when on high speed (2 speeds), but not too bad.Customer Review: Super practical

We have asked amazon.com to publish country of origin with no response. Therefore, this product is produced in the USA and is excellent. We bought the small vertical and tall vertical ones and are extremely pleased.
