Customer Review: A little torch that keeps going

Had mine now for like 4 or 5 years. Use it every winter in either my garage or my office at work. Works like a champ all the time. In my tract home garage, where I insulated my aluminum sectioned garage door with 1" foam panel insulation and aluminum tape from Home Despot (which cost me all of a whopping $50, best home improvement I ever did and ridiculously simple), this little guy will keep the interior temp around a very bearable +50 F on a +10 F day in north Texas. Makes it very possible to work projects all day in my garage in the winter with only a light fleece jacket on. Though keeping in mind that the concrete floor is always a tremendous heat sink (i.e., warmth sucker) and I keep my insulated Sorel Cold Mountain zip boots on - my other strong recommendation and like the Stanley, the best thing since sliced bread. If I would break down and finally spend the money on a second Stanley, I bet I could keep the garage around +60 F. With three of them, I bet i could run around in shorts and flops while blaring Jimmy Buffett and sucking on Coronas and lime. In my office in the high rise with a supposedly "insulated" window next to my desk (yeah right, "insulated" in comparison to the top of Everest), it keeps my feet from freezing; in fact, I can take my shoes off and go in socks if I want, which is how I generally cure the one problem the heater creates - other people coming in to camp out in my office Jonesing for warmth.
Very satisfied with this product and offer the highest recommendation.
