If you have kids or a wife that likes to take long hot showers that steam up the bathroom or leave the toliet room without air freshener the timers allow the moisture or smell ridden air to exit long after you leave without worrying about whether or not you turned off the ventilation fan. The new fans today are so quiet that it is tough to tell if they are on or not.Customer Review: Excellent...

Have had this timer installed for about two months and trouble-free. Installation is straight forward. This item requires a neutral wire hook-up. Unit sits deep so re-arranging existing wiring in box may be required. Simple to use and adds a nice, high-end feel. When switching on/off, makes less of a clicking noise than a manual switch. I purchased this timer for my bathroom exhaust fan. I have no exterior window so moister was going to be a problem...but I didn't want to have to remember to turn the fan off. Now I just press the 10, 20, 30, 60 minutes button and walk away. Installs just a like a regular light switch and works great!Customer Review: great timer

we looked for the electronic timer in stores in our area and couldnt find a timer that was simple to use till we searched the internet. These timers are great for bathrooms, closets, and garages. I have used these in my houses for years and I've always been satisfied. When you do the cost to benefit ratio, they don't pay off too quickly if you're using low wattage light bulbs.
