Received the Leviton LTB02-1LZ switch and found the documentation to contain detailed instructions for installing the switch in multiple different configurations. In addition to the instructions, the package contained the multiple cover plates as per advertised. It was easy to install with the included instructions and it has worked flawlessly with a bathroom exhaust fan. I would recommend this to anyone needing a countdown timer.
