The paper towel holder I've been looking for. I have been searching for one that doesn't come apart when you pull a sheet off of it, wobble or tip over, have threaded ends that take a long time to undo, isn't made of cheap plastic or any of the myriad of other problems that plague modern paper towel dispensers. The only minor improvement that I can think of would be asthetics. I like the chrome but I would like anitiqued bronze or satin nickel better. Still gets 5 stars.Customer Review: good as advertised!

My situation is a tad different from most "households." I live on a beautiful sailboat with an efficient galley, but where to put the paper towels is a challenge. The "perfect spot" is over the toaster and its a reach for me, which in the past, resulted in the towels unrolling when I'd try for one towel single handed. Over the toaster was an accident waiting to happen! This is no longer an issue. It works, looks good and saves on towels. Love it!Customer Review: They weren't kidding!

Previous reviewers of this paper towel holder weren't kidding! This is, by far, the best paper towel holder I've ever used. I mounted it on the inside of my cabinet door under my kitchen sink, and it truly is a "perfect tear." It's stable, and it's not flimsy like those common plastic ones. The screws/molley bolts that came with it, though, were a little long so we used shorter ones so they wouldn't protrude to the other side of the cabinet door.Customer Review: Excellent product

It does what is supposed to do: it holds paper towel rolls and avoid waste of paper. Mine is mounted vertically, and as somebody else said, I did have to use short screws, the ones that came with it are too long. Just drill it and it is done, 2min operation. As all the "noise" people are complaining about, this is not to be taken seriously, right? There is noise produced even if you breath, if you walk, if you open the fridge. Seriously!
