I recently purchased two of these because I needed something thin enough to sit on my headboard without falling off and without being bulky. These were bigger than I expected but are very very beautiful. The only thing I find troubling about these are that to put in the lightbulb you need to have a very long thin arm to fit inside. My arms aren't long enough so I asked my 18 yr old. Overall, they are were the perfect purchase.
***Update*** It's been over a year since I purchased these lamps. Sadly, I am down to only one. During our move my husband accidentally broke the lamp. I've contacted the manufacturer and looked all over the place to find a replacement shade and no one makes them. I'll keep searching because these were awesome and the one I have left is still going strong!
