Tools and Hardware Reviews of Lodge Cast Iron Scrubber BrushCustomer Review: best pot scrubber around Summary: 5 Stars
I love this pot scrubber. It cleans my Lodge Cast Iron better than anything I have tried. Just use hot water with this brush and it is clean. I bought 3 of these, one for myself and the other two for my daughters who also use Lodge Cast Iron. We love it. Price could be a little less when compared to supermarket brushes. This brush is sturdy, lasts well, bristles are strong and do their job. Wood handle is holding up with no problem.
Customer Review: A practical ,workable product..... with a twist. Summary: 5 Stars
I have used this product for over month and it hasn`t fallen apart yet. After use , dry about the wood that holds the brush head and the metal ring that clasps it to the handle.Wood swells when wet and if left wet the devise ceases to function as designed.(the brush will fall off) When not being used on cast iron pans, this product is a great help in hard to get places;as a back scratcher, for instance. For $5.00, this a real bargain.
Customer Review: Low price, worked for over a year Summary: 5 Stars
We've used this brush to wash several Lodge Iron pans over the past year. We've used it regularly on the super large iron pizza pan, lovely Lodge enormous Wok, baking pans, and more.
To date, our $4 brush is going strong. We've kept it dry on a hook above our kitchen sink, and oil it--roughly every 2-3 months--with a light oil that we use for our cutting boards.
Way to go Lodge Cast Iron Scrubber Brush!
Customer Review: Works great. Summary: 5 Stars
Bristles could be just a touch stiffer, but works great. The key is not to scrub your dutch oven or other cast iron to death. Put some water on it, heat it up just a bit, and then use this brush to easily clean. It's not meant to be a scrubber like steel wool or a Brillo pad. Works very well if you are correctly cleaning your iron.
Customer Review: A must-have for cast-iron pots Summary: 5 Stars
We recently switched to cast-iron cookware and didn't know how to clean it. We got two of these and they really seem to do the trick. The bristles are stiff and great for scrubbing off food and grease, and the handle is long enough so that you don't bash your knuckles on the pot while you're cleaning it. Definitely a must-have!
