I have used this product in the past and also have problems finding it in the local box stores. This is a great product to use on old windows where gaps exist. The one problem I experienced was keeping the V-flex to stay stuck for the entire winter. I put the tape on the bottom of the lower sash and use brads or staples to keep it in place for the long term. It also works well at the meeting rail where the top sash and lower sash meet. This produce is easy to use even for some one who is all thumbs.
