I bought these as a trial run and I am extremely impressed. I put up 7 coats of the magnetic paint on a wall. The paint itself is pretty weak but these magnets worked great at holding up my kids pictures, paintings, etc. They are the perfect size and extremely strong. These magnets are small, but they're very strong. I bought them because of a dumb little project I saw online: Add a few of these quarter-inch diameter magnets into the barrel of a bic pen and you can stick the pen right to your refrigerator. I had so much fun with these little magnets the day I got them. My boyfriend and I could not believe how strong they were (2 single magnets can attract on either side of my index finger). I used these to make Pilot G2-07 pens stick to the refrigerator. It takes 5 or less magnets to make the pens stick securely, so I've done it with a number of pens that I want to keep on the fridge and next to my to-do list. This size is perfect for fitting into the pens.
