Customer Review: was great until it stopped working

I was initially very happy with my Illuminator Wind-Up Flashlight. It seemed to last longer between wind ups, and to require shorter winding time, than a comparable LLBean wind up flashlight I have also used. Also, the light it produced seemed a little stronger than the light produced by the Bean flashlight. However, after a few months, my Illuminator flashlight stopped working. When I try winding it, the mechanism seems not to "catch" and turns without any resistance. The flashlight now produces either a dim light or none at all. I don't know if it is fixable.
