This liner could be used as a shower curtain. It is a heavy duty curtain and hangs very well under my shower curtain. My old liner compared to this one was really flimsy and when wet would curl and stick to itself and not dry out properly. No worries with this new liner. Water beads up and it does not curl or stick to itself so that it dries out properly.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a nicely made quality liner or as a shower curtain.

So far so good! Owned this shower curtain liner for about a month now and not one spec of mold, mildew, or even soap scum. Since it's clear it also lets more light into the shower thru the outside curtain and I enjoy showering much more. Don't have to wrestle with it moving or clinging. It's heavier vinyl so it stays put. When I first unpacked it there was a slight plastic smell but don't worry, this will dissipate in about 2 days. I used to work as a Mold Inspection Agent, so I know the harmful effects that mold and mildew can have, and the shower is one of the worst places for Mold growth. I purchased the clear liner - it is heavy duty - and seems wider than the one I was using - I am able to "seal" the tub area to keep the warmth in. Also the clear liner allows more light in. Have only used a few days so I cannot comment on mold growth - but so far I am very pleased at how heavy and well made this is. You won't be disappointed!Customer Review: No More Mildew, Indeed.

Have been using it for about a month now. I know it's just a piece of "plastic" however, it
does feel substantial and soft. The light in the bathroom now comes "through" the curtain from the small window while the curtain is left air dry which brightens up the bathroom. This has become my favorite shower curtain of all time now.
