I love this product - it is well made and has plenty of attachments, if that is what you need. I have just been using the regular nozzle. What I love about it:
1) The tank is large, so I can steam clean non-stop and complete any job I need to do.
2) It's easy to handle the sprayer in one hand and a towel in another.
2) By aiming the spray from the side, I was able to clean all the knobs, etc. on my old oven - and it looks like new! (Ditto for all the tiny edges and hinges on my kitchen cabinets. I thought I needed to repaint them, when actually they just needed the cooking residue from their faces removed with steam. Just put a towel below the cabinet face you are spraying, and the drips land there. Wipe the melted residue off with another towel. This ALONE has made me so happy! Now I can wait to repaint.)
3) I can steam clean my kitchen/bathroom tile and grout and wipe up the water with an old towel. It is incredibly clean! Water and heat do the trick! You can pre-spray spots with cleanser, if you like. (P.S. - I have spent an equal amount of money that I spent buying this machine hiring companies to do this job JUST ONCE! Now I can spot clean on my own.)
4) I sprayed my home phone (from the side) and got all the gook out from the keys that is impossible to get out with paper towels, etc. Just take an old towel with you whenever you steam clean and wipe away the melted gook.
4) It is easy to set up and put away.
This machine has already paid for itself!

I normally don't take the time to write reviews on anything... but this product deserves it.
First the delivery was really fast (2 days), with normal shipping.
When I got this I had to try it right away. I had a lot of expectations and was not disappointed. I started with the bathroom because I always fear that it smells like a public restroom in some gas station in a small town (yes, I did put a lot of thought into this). My youngest son had dropped propolis (iIt's a product found south of the border and it's a honey based natural medication excellent for colds etc.) on the bathroom floor.... Although this steam cleaner was not able to take all of it off it did make it much, much lighter. Around the toilet in that spot where the toilet seat meets the toilet bowl and that seems to be the hiding place for misplaced urine droplets it work miracles....
Used on the grout, mirrors, laminate floors, showers, faucets, carpet, tile, walls and doors (6 panel doors seemed to be a dust deposit) and it did an amazing job on all those surfaces as well. Still haven't figured out how to use it efficiently on the bathtub, but I'll get there.. baby steps...
It is a little loud and I felt like I had just left a rock concert after using it. I had that muffled feeling in my ears. Specially after using it in smaller rooms with no windows. But function has its price.
I would definitely recommend it!!
I think the smell in my house is fresher and with 3 kids, 2 pets and a husband I can use the smell of freshness!

I was nervous to order because even though there are lots of good reviews on this product, there are bad,too. It is probably an expectation thing. It met mine! I wanted something to keep me from destroying my back trying to scrub the grout on my kitchen floor. This did the trick! The floor is the cleanest ever, my back is in good shape, and my kids even took turns helping. To do the job, I didn't use the floor attachment though. I used a smaller brush to scrub it more thoroughly. I use the floor brush now that the grout is clean. It does the tiles fine, but not so good to get really dirty grout. I was fearful that there would be a lot of water clean up, but not so. It is really a minor amount. If you let the machine rest a bit, spray the first spray into the sink, as it will put out a bit more water at first, but then it is small amount after that.
I have a ball everytime I use my steamer, amazed at how fun it is to clean things. (Bonus....kids want to clean things, too!) I did my baseboards when doing the grout. Awesome! Toilet got sparkly! (Be prepared for strong odor as it blasts off all the pee from careless boys and men!) Think I'm going to try the window attachment today.
I had read a review that said how sturdy all the attachments seemed, and it was how I decided on this brand. I agree with that person. Seems well made and not cheapy as other brands were said to be. It very well may be a Christmas gift this year for some on our list! Would make a great wedding gift, too!

I decided to buy this after researching various steam cleaners and reading all the reviews.
I've had it less than a month, but I already love it! It worked great on the tile on my bathroom floor and countertop. It wasn't "instant" - I had to go over an area for a several seconds to loosen everything - but it managed to get the grout sparkling white. Nothing else has worked on that grout as well as this steamer.
Next, I tried it on my stainless steel range with glass top. It melts greasy buildup in seconds, with no chemicals. Cleaning the stove grates is a breeze now.
It also got a weird blue stain off my kitchen floor that cleaning solvents couldn't budge, and worked great on the baseboards (the "quarter-round" is always catching dust.) I plan to see what it can do with miniblinds, windows and upholstery next.
I usually get more than an hour's worth of steam from a full tank. It makes some noise and puts out a big white cloud of steam, but not enough to bother me. It's well made with heavy duty parts. As others have mentioned, it would be nice to have storage for the cord and accessories. I just store them in a canvas tote bag next to the machine.
Again, it doesn't work instantly, but it saves you a lot of "elbow grease" in rubbing and scrubbing. I just hold the wand over the area I'm cleaning and use a gentle circular motion, and any gunk just liquifies so you can easily wipe it away. It's the best cleaning helper I ever found!

Tis is a really great product. i can't believe i lived without it all this time. I should say that i'm a cleaning freak - my house is never clean enough for me no matter how often a clean it and how much effort i i put in it. But with this thing i'm proud to say that my house is really clean! I clean absolutely everything, you name it - windows, glass tables, sinks, toilets, floors, oven, cabinets, stains on my sofa, i didn't need to iron my sheer curtains - i just relaxed them with the steam, i clean floors ( nothing would make them cleaner that steam cleaner, unless you want to do it with the toothbrush ;) ), fridge took me no more that 20 mins to slean it 100%. I really like this particular cleaner, because it gives me enough steam to clean for about and hour without being worried that i'm running out of steam. The materials it's made of are durable and solid ( we've dropped it from about 4 feet hight to the concret and not a single mark). I wish the brushes were more durable. Because of the high temperature they deform so fast, but you get get a replacement kit for a reasonable price. Get couple of extra towels for floor cleaning and you are good to go. Highly recommend it to anyone ( a friend of mine already bought it after borrowing it from me).
Bottom line - of course you cen get similar results with chemicals, but sometimes you are just unable to reach some spots that steam would and with steam the process is so easier. And i would defenetely prefer a clean steam to any chemicals.
