I had been kicking around the idea of getting a tool tote for some time. Every time I did a project in the house I had to make 5 extra trips to grab tools I forgot the first time out. Then I had to make three trips to carry everything back out there when I was done.
Like with many things, I was going to build one from wood when I had the time. The more I thought about it, the more I thought wood might be too heavy and it would ding up the walls when I inevitably bumped them. I ended up buying this tote because it looked good and the price was right.
I am here to say that this tote is very well made and solves my tool carrying problems. The canvas/vinyl material that it is constructed from is super strong and just flexible enough to accommodate odd shaped tools when necessary. In it I can easily carry my DeWalt 14.4v drill/driver, a full set of bits, a tape measure, a square, a utility knife, a hammer, nail sets, and an assortment of screw drivers, pliers, etc. There is even a velcro strap to attach a 2' level. The padded handle is just icing on the cake.
In short, whether you are a weekend warrior handyman or have a full workshop, you will find uses for this tote. Highly recommended!
