Sweetness! I admit, I got talked into buying one of these things, but I'm glad it's this one. My fear was that tushes are not all the same, so a bidet that's made for the average back side on some normally distributed fanny bell curve (they got those at the R&D lab, right?) may water my particular bum in a startling manner.
Browsing through Amazon, and elsewhere, and back to Amazon, I finally settled on this one. It's white, which is par for the course, and won't make my toilet look like it's got a handbrake. And then there is the tilt feature: in my opinion the toilet bidet's raison d'etre and killer app, the singular feature that is to toilet bidets what the steering wheel is to automobiles. Let that splash of wisdom sink in, my fellow Amazon shoppers, for here is a bidet where you don't have to squirm, scoot, or slide around for the water to hit the important spot at the most private of private moments.
The box came to me in 3 days, in it was the bidet, a plastic connector joint, and a roll of clear water tube. I thought for sure something was missing, because I've seen photos of other bidet sets and they appear to come enough hoses and clamps for a scuba diving ensemble. But looking through the instructions, I indeed had received everything necessary to bidetify my toilet.
A serious point: the plastic connector joint is not one piece but actually 3 pieces, and mine came a little loose and leaked when installed. A couple of turns tightened it up though. Didn't see this mentioned in the instructions - note to the manufacturer!
Installation took me less than 10 minutes but I had to wait quite a bit longer to test it out. I will spare you the fine details; suffice to say, the initial on rush of water can be a bit of a shock and awe, but the tilt feature is everything I thought it would be. Water flow and pressure is controlled by the one big knob, which also has a self cleaning setting (hope I'll never actually need it). The tilting is actuated by a little rotating lever. Though I wish the tilt angle is a bit wider, what's there is entertaining enough. After a couple of times of use, I'm now able to ease in the water stream for precise delivery and with the desired level of bombardment.
Good product, great tilt feature. Some day, all toilet bidets will come with a tilting spray, just like steering wheels on cars. Until then, there is this.
