Description of Microplane Rasp 8" Snap-In Handle with Coarse Flat Blade

The 8" Snap-In is the improved version of the R-Squared. It retains the replaceable, reversible blade insert design but has key improvements. First, changing blades no longer requires tools. Just firmly "snap" the blade our & back in. There is an added finger rest at the end for increased pressure control. Also the handle is redesigned with an open back that allows the shavings to fall out instead of packing up behind the razor sharp teeth.
