I purchased this clock for my son who is in college and will have four 8 a.m. classes next semester. The alarm is loud the first time it goes off, but the real commotion begins after hitting the snooze. It rolls off the surface making an annoying combination of sounds that will not stop until found and turned off. It is sure to wake up the deepest sleeper.Customer Review: Clocky is my friend

I have had a lot of alarm clocks break on me in the past few years, and so far Clocky is going strong! The sound wakes me instantly without being jarring. Grandson was stunned to receive this R2D2 off-the-table rolling alarm clock. It was given with a desire for him to be independent in waking up.
