I follow a carb-cycling diet. Some days I have carbs and some I don't and I take this to help me on the days I am allowed 2 or 3 servings of carbs. I don't think this product is a license to eat whatever you want but all things in moderation, you know. I always keep a bottle on hand. Over the holidays, I was terrible and I took them everyday. They seem to block the healthy carbs, but not the ultraprocessed stuff so its not like you can scarf down all the carbs you've dreamt of.
Also, whenever I eat peanuts after taking this, it totally rips my innards up....I dont know if thats bad or good...
