I have purchased many of these little flashlights. I have them everywhere; car, garage, suitcase, briefcase, etc. They work great. They are small, light & bright. No, they won't last forever. This a very well built LED flashlight. The 9 LEDs provide super bright performance, and the unit is compact and lightweight for any task, especially if you need to get inside a PC or behind the desk of spaghetti wiring. It works fine. Seems to be a quality product.
As to the health warning, "LED" is not the same as "LEAD".
This has a light emitting diode not a lead emitting diode.
I hate to think the warning is on the package because of some government agency. I wash my hands of it.

Put one in every vehicle, every bedroom, on the boat, in the camping gear, and ladies, put one in your purse. Nice little light will come in handy when you need it. These 2 flashlites I bought for our trip to Alaska have worked great. Bright light sure helps in the darkness to see your way. Cool blue color, too. Sturdy construction and small enough to tuck into a corner of our travel bags we use on trips and store for emergency use if needed.
