When I received the shelf I was worried because of how flimsy it looked. I put it together in about 5 minutes and hanging it was a cinch. It mounts with two screws, at first I didn't think it would be sturdy, but once it was up - I loved it. Surprisingly, it does what it was intended to do, alleviate some clutter around the sink. It holds all of my shaving supplies along with my wife's "stuff", a big bottle of mouth wash, peroxide - you name it it, it's up there...sturdy. The towel racks I really had no use for so I didn't include them during set up. I placed this shelf above my toilet to the left of my sink - it is a small bathroom - no tub just a shower.
