The filter works great to soften my hard AZ water and my dry skin problem is almost gone after only a week of use. The 2 spray settings are nice and have good pressure when you have it set to spray or pulsating massage. However, the pressure is pretty weak on the combo setting (half spray/half massage). The combo setting would be perfect if it only had more pressure! I also combined this shower head with ShowerBreeze w/ 6' Hose Water Jet Dental Irrigator and when combined the spray angle was much too high (even without the showerbreeze I think the angle would be too high and I'm 6'3"). Also, as others have mentioned the shower arm isn't great but I found the perfect solution to both problems with this Mommy's Helper Safer Grip Portable Shower Arm. It allows me to place the shower head at any height and is very stable.Customer Review: great filter and shower head

The water pressure that comes through this filter is better than my previous shower head that didn't have a filter. The chlorine smell is gone, and we've been using the same filter for about 5 or 6 months now and it still does not smell like chlorine.
The only problem that I have had with this product is the clip that the shower head attaches to broke after about 4 months. It was a flimsy plastic piece. Fortunately it was the same size as the shower head that I had on previously and I was able to use the old one.

the only problem I have is with the weak plastic that encases the filter and screws onto the nozzle, which is likely to break after a year. Nonetheless, this is a very affordable shower filter that does the job. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH, because even though I never filled out a warranty card, they sent me a new encasing and nozzle free of charge :) Wonderful.Customer Review: Good for the money

overall this product is a good buy, however it sits high up on the shower head. Im 5'6. this works well for a taller person. My skin is less dry and itchy with this filtered shower head.Customer Review: I like the filter BUT

I like the filter (my first shower filter), the water is much better but the attachment that holds the shower head is plastic and broke within 1 day.
