Customer Review: Excellent Bags for Traveling

I have been using these bags for over 2 years in my North Face Carryon bag and they enable me to get a weeks worth of clothes and workout gear into a bag that will fit into any overhead I've ever tried to include several TurboProps.
If you take care of them they will last a long time. They are thin by comparison to some of the other bags out there but keep in mind they are intended for Travel and are lighter in weight that some of the other bags out there.
I am getting ready to order a couple more sets. I carry an extra bag with me on trips for dirty clothes so that I don't contaminate the bags I use when I am outbound. They are an excellent value and well worth getting.
As others have stated, don't over fill them and they will function just fine.

I have traveled to Europe, Guatemala, and around the USA with these bags and they work! It sometimes takes a bit of knack to get them to release the air as you roll them up. You also have to not cram them totally full before you roll them up as this will block the exhaust valve.
Not only do the Space Bags save space, they help me to organize my clothes and keep clothes from wrinkling. I always pack a couple of extra Space Bags to cover any purchases I make while traveling.
The only downside to these bags is they are a bit thin and sometimes get a hole in them after a few trips. All in all, the Space Bags are great!I never pack a suitcase without them.

We bought these for our recent vacation, and they were invaluable. Our large suitcase was damaged and everything in it had to be redistributed between our other bags. Without these I doubt it would have been possible.
I was careful not to overfill (as noted in other reviews), and they worked every time, opening and reclosing thru 3 continents over 15 days. They never leaked once. However they are rather thin feeling so I'm not certain how much longer they will last. To be safe I've ordered another set as a backup.
I found I could also squeeze a little extra air out by carefully kneeling on them after rolling. I love these things!

these bags work amazing!!!! i was able to pack sooooo much with these bags. they really do work!! i am moving out of college and back home and these are they best thing i could have for moving out and helping save space to pack other things. they are also a great space saver for flying. i fit 2 twin comforters, 2 sets of sheets, a pillow, curtains, towels, clothes for a weeks plus clothes to store away, and much more all in one suitcase!!! unbelievable!! i lovee these space bags! ---- but you do need a good vacume, my friends was great, but the one at home has bad suction and threfore did not get as much air out as my firendsCustomer Review: CAN YOU SAY 'CARRYON"?

This product is great! I can't get over how these bags can shrink and become so small with so many garments. I packed(stuffed) many well folded summer garments in the large bags and was amazed at how compact the bag became once it shrunk. Now I have so much more room in my closet and a bunch of empty storage containers. The other two I travel with-in my carry on!! I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs to store bulky items, or additional storage space, and don't want to pay for checked bags.
