At first, I thought this was the same product as De-solv-it, but pitched to a different audience. I like the bigger size and better price so I tried it on the laundry where nothing can beat De-solv-it to get spots out. Although it was effective on most spots, I can see it's not exactly the same formulation as De-solv-it and can't be used interchangeably. It does, however, seem to cover some other territory which will make it a great companion product to standard De-solv-it. It's refreshing when a product lives up to expectations or even exceeds them. The De-solv-it products are great and well worth having on hand for all manner of cleanup activities. This one is targeted at paint spatters, decals on windows and many cleanups common to builders, but the rest of us DIYers have those problems too, and here's the solution.
