I think this is a great brush- dishwashing goes more efficiently when you don't have to stop and squirt soap from a bottle. Here are two tips that I found to make it work better:
1. Keep the reservoir at least half full of soap. Less than this and it won't come out easily.
2. If you are using the thick, gooey "ultra" style dishwashing soap, thin it 50% with water. Just fill half with soap and half with water and shake it up. This will make the soap squirt directly on your dishes instead of slowly dribbling down the bristles.

I have owned and used (daily) this entire set, (plus caddy) for about 3 years. I replace the sponge and brush occasionally (when they start to wear) and they work wonderfully!!! I have never experienced any soap leakage with either the sponge or the brush. The soap stopper is a tight fit, I fill the handle with soap and it is ready to use. Family and friends have actually purchased the entire set after using mine, they love using them and have had no problem!! This product is a winner!!!!Customer Review: Great Little Brush!

I run an ice cream shop, where we are constantly washing utensils.
I purchase 8 to ten of these each year, and they are the greatest little brush -- I can wash everything from small utensils to large 3 gallon buckets with it. The kids who work for me love it as it keeps their hands free from the soap. I've never had the cracking problem one other reviewer mentioned, but we typically wear out the brush head long before it has a chance to crack.

What more can I say. With a family of six (and frequent visitors), we go through A LOT of dishes. Our brush has lasted over 5 years, with never a problem. Has worked better and lasted longer than brushes we've had in the past that cost twice as much.
