This is a very easy DIY install. Trace the hole you'll need to cut, insert the frame with a little construction adhesive, allow to dry. Done. I've used this for both ceiling and wall applications. Works very well. Note, it is plastic, so you'll I recommend using a wide and thin flat head screw driver to remove the panel. Otherwise you'll mark up the frame.
