Hanger arrived in a huge flat box wrapped in reels of long brown paper. In trying to untangle the paper and remove the hanger from the flat box, the top two hangers snapped half in two off the center staff, leaving jagged metal edges. I was not rough with the item. It's just cheap and trappy. Am glad to see before getting clothing on it, how cheaply made it is. Had this snapped with a sheer blouse on it the chances of snagging or damage to clothing would be high. I returned it. Worthless.Customer Review: disappointed
