I bought this primarily to replace an older showerhead with low water pressure, and this certainly does the trick. The first person to use the shower after I installed it described the experience as "like walking into a hurricane" (both showerheads were on the massage setting at the time, though). Water pressure is good with both heads, on individually or at the same time. I bought this shower head for my husband for Christmas and honestly I love it as well. It is an inexpensive compromise if you are looking for a multi-shower head but can't afford a huge remodel. It is also wonderful if you just want rain cascading down on you. An unexpected advantage was that my husband is tall and I am short, so he really likes that the detachable sprayer is about six inches taller than the standard shower head.Customer Review: love it

I LOVE this showerhead. I got my first one 3 years ago and recently moved and forgot to take it off the shower so i just ordered myself a new one. I tried looking for this at walmart which is where i originally bought my first one and had no luck. the pressure on this is GREAT and yea the hose doesn't stay down when u first buy it but after a while it wasn't too bad. I bought this item because of the price, after reading some of the reviews I was unsure if I would like it, but after it arrived and I got it properly installed this thing works great! I installed it myself so the installation is as easy as they say. I myself have no problem with the hose on the handheld head or the position of the head at all. got this to replace a single shower head- installed in less time then it took to open the box and plastic is came in.
the 2 heads aiming down at you are amazing, it simply feels amazing. tons of water hitting you, just greatness.
its the type of shower u enjoy after a long hot day working.
the hand held head stays up in place no issues.
