The purses and handbags face front, so you can show off your fashion sense, even when you're at home! The BagRack 18 prevents purses from getting crushed, or losing their shape. Each row of the BagRack 18 can be hung over a door (it fits both residential (1.5" thick and commercial 1.75" thick doors), over a closet rod or hung from a hook in the ceiling. Customer Review: only use for very lightweight items

I was so excited to finally organize my purses.....but this has been a very disappointing product. The idea is great but it just isn't made well. The hooks that hold the purses snap off easily and can only hold purses with thin straps. If you have a purse with thicker handles/straps, the hooks cannot accomodate them. The only purses I have that this product can handle are the very lightweight ones with skinny straps (the yarn one my young daughter made for me and a small coin purse).
