The latest in head gear from Petzl now available in high visibility safety orange. These helmets are very lightweight and comfortable and easily adjustable for an individual custom fit. There's a single adjustment wheel for the thick foam replaceable headband and for added comfort the chin strap adjusts forward and backward. They come with slots to accommodate the Peltor face screen and ear protection (see below), so they make excellent arborist helmets. This helmet fits great. Very comfortable. Better than others I have worn.
The closeable vent is great for air movement when it is hot. When the wind is blowing, you can close the vent to get rid of the whistling sound you get with open vent helmets. The adjustable headband is one of the easiest to work with and it is built to last.
The helmet works very well with headphones.
I would recommend this helmet to anyone who wants a great helmet for climbing or mountain rescue work .
