yes this is a great pillow. i collect pillows due to broken disc's in skull, neck, and back. i have fibromyalgia. a drunk driver disabled me perm. and i have to have a pillow that dont hurt me. i collect pillows, i must find one or two i can use. my husband takes these pillows that r good, during nite and i pop him upside the head and take it back. haha. this is great pillow. i love it. its got more beedy things in than the leading brand and this one is much lower priced. fits perfect in pillow cases i have. u can turn it two diff ways. it molds to shape of your neck. love this pillow. less pain, less headaches. it shapes to your shape. i have four now.Customer Review: I can sleep good again!

Got this on a whim, especially since it was cheaper than the Tony Little one I saw on HSN -- and trust me, it is terrific. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been a satin pillowcase instead of the stretchy one that comes with it. If you use the stretchy one, you don't get as much "give" as you would if it were really slippery. So satin would work better. So I just stashed away the stretchy cover and am using an oversized case with the pillow just to keep the pillow itself clean. But truly, if you don't mind a "firm" pillow, you will love this. I've been trying different pillows for quite some time (memory foam, feather, combo, ect). Like goldilocks everything was too something or other (hard, soft, high, flat, hot, heavy). Ran across these pillows about a year ago, for me, they work "just right".
Bought a pair for my parents, they now take theirs with them when they travel.
few tips:
1) beads stink the first day. air them out and the smell will go away completely.
2) remove the case and use a normal one if you prefer a flatter pillow.
3) any new pillow takes getting used to. be sure to give it a try for at least 3-4 nights.

I bought this pillow because reviews said it was firm. I absolutely love tony little's pillows and this is very much like my old favorites only with a FIRMER like pillow. after awhile tony little pillows do not hold their shape as well and i like a pillow with more firmness. i still have my tony little pillows but would not trade this pillow. It is great, adjusts to your head and is so comfortable. You will be happy with purchasing this and by the way the beads DO NOT fall out. I really love the pillowcase since it is so soft, velour and cozy. Just remember this is a FIRM pillow with alot of support for your neck.Customer Review: Good Pillow

I have been sleeping with this pillow for about two weeks and I am very pleased with it. As other reviewers have recommended, if you buy this pillow you should not use the pillow case that it comes with as this restricts the ability of the beads to conform to your head and neck shape. This is a pillow for sleepers who need a supportive, conforming pillow but not one that is too soft and squishy. The pillow is quite firm when your head is resting on it. I find this pillow superior to my last memory foam pillow for both comfort and support. I would recommend this pillow to others and find it to be an excellent value.
