Having two micro bead neck pillows, I knew that someone must make a micro bead pillow that was bed-size. My search began in stores over a year ago; finding none, I went online and found this one on amazon.com. I love it and give it the highest possible recommendation for neck support and overall sleeping comfort. The cover that came with the pillow holds the beads too tightly together for my body type, so I use a regular pillow case. I'm sure I'll find another use for the cover.Customer Review: I love this pillow

This pillow is well made and exactly what I needed. I have had cervical fusion surgery and have used microbead pillows for 5 years. I cannot find microbead pillows in any stores around here and was getting desperate for a new one. I don't use the pillow with the pillowcase that came with it. It is a very firm pillow that still gives a little. I generally like them just a little bit looser. But, I love the support that this pillow gives without being too hard or too mushy.Customer Review: I love this pillow!

After investing in many, many different pillows over the past few years (due to neck and shoulder problems), I finally found one that works! This pillow adjusts as you use it (I did take the cover off though to make it a bit softer). I ended up buying one for my husband who loves it too. I highly recommend this if you have shoulder or neck problems. No matter what position you sleep in (and especially if you switch positions like I do), this pillow is comfortable.Customer Review: def. a great buy for neck injury

i have a neck injury and have had a very hard time finding the right pillow that will support and allow a peaceful sleep and this pillow does just that. If I need extra support i use the pillowcase that came with it if i dont i use just a regular pillowcase which allows me to self adjust the pillow to my liking and need. i recommend this pillow to anyone that has a neck injury just remember to try out using the case and not before deciding if it works for you or not.Customer Review: Great for Side Sleepers

It took me a few nights to get used to this pillow (keep an old one handy during the break-in period), but now it is my first choice. The only problem is staking my claim before my cat settles in (she does not like to give it up). I don't know if back or tummy sleepers would find it as comfortable, but for this side sleeper it provides a lot of support and actually feels softer than the "extra firm" regular pillows I'd been trying. I hope it lasts.
