When I bought this sheet set, I wasn't really expecting much. This opinion was based on the price being under $20. Boy, was I surprised. These sheets are a thick flannel and are so cozy and comfortable. They have not gotten "scratchy" and I have washed and dried them several times. I have bought other flannel sheet at retail stores and have found them to be rather thin compared to these sheets. The price was of the sheets from the retail store was almost twice what I paid for these. It was a very happy surprise and I will buy more of these sheets when the need arises.
