Soft, smooth, rich in feeling and looks. I bought this for my girlfriend because she just moved into her new house. She'd never had a really nice bed set and I thought, I would like to spoil her a bit. She requested something that had a hotel look, look clean in design and felt emotionally cool. I had picked out the silver grey because of these requests. When she placed this set onto her bed, it looked great! Everything about this set felt rich. My girlfriend really liked the clean look of the bright white under portion of the duvet because it really felt like being in an expensive hotel bed. Yes, one pays a bit for it and one will have to iron down the pleats; but, if you care at all on how it makes you feel while in them and what it looks like...I highly recommend this sheet set to you.
