These Playtex Binkys are awesome -- their soft latex nipples are shaped more like mom's nipples, so I've never worried about so-called nipple confusion with them. The curved top and bottom of the outer shell give baby plenty of room to breathe. I also feel like they stay in her mouth while she's sleeping a lot easier than other kinds of pacis which tend to just slide right out, which (with some research indicating that pacis help reduce the occurrence of SIDS) is important to me.
