Description of Polder 90636-90H Iron Rest
This Iron Rest Heavy Duty Clamp-on Style - Polder #90636-90H clamps on at the end of your board and does not use up any ironing space. Constructed of heavy duty, powder-coated metal it easily fits on to almost any ironing board with the adjustable clamps that tighten with easy-to-turn, threaded nylon bushings. The open, angled center of the iron rest has four heat resistant silicone pads and holds your iron in either an upright or angled position. The rail around the edge of the iron rest provides an added measure of safety. This is a perfect iron rest if you need to use all of your board. Simply slip it on the end of your board, secure it with the nylon bushings and you have added both safety and space.Where Life Meets Style! Bought my sweetie an extra wide ironing board, like mine, for Xmas. His has the iron rest that came with it. I liked it so I ordered this one for my ironing board in the quilt shop. Works great. I know...an ironing board for a man as a gift sounds weird. What can I say....he loves it and I was reclaiming mine for the shop.
