A nice alternative to cranking up the dryer for a small batch of clothes, this accordion rack from Polder is convenient and simple. Crafted from metal, the rack drops open into position with 10 slender rods to drape delicates, woolens, swimsuits, snow gear, and workout clothes. Its top level works well for flat-drying sweaters, and its total line area is approximately 14.5 feet. Smaller than most standard racks, this one measures 21 by 15 by 42 inches when set up and collapses to just 3 inches thick for storage. I had not been able to locate a Chrome clothes drying rack in my area However when I accidentally found one on Amazon.com I took a chance and ordered it and I am not sorry that I did. The need was for mainly Bath mat sets as the dryer makes the backing crack over a period of time. I only use it when the weather is bad for these items as I put them on the clothes line outside. I have had wood ones in the past. I am in high hopes that the chrome does not rust but why worry about something before it might NOT even happen, huh? Many Thanks
