I bought this for the boys as an interim measure while we were still in the process of furnishing our apartment. I think it does the trick, but they're a bit more fussy (and have larger shirts to iron). I think if you're a guy and won't mind that your shirt most likely won't fit on the board in one go, then it's fine. Otherwise best to use this only for small jobs (tea towels, ladies clothes etc) - or buy a bigger board.Customer Review: Does the job and fits in tight spots

this one, does the job and fits in pretty tight spots. all you need is a wall you can prop it up against and you are done. just one note, it comes with its default cover, it does not come with any extra slip covers (where as I got an impression when I bought it that it would come with a nice slip cover).Customer Review: Pretty Straight forward

Well, this ironing board just arrived. It's pretty straight forward - 36" x12 ", ivory colored cotton top-pad with wooden frame board, and white standing legs...I haven't used it yet, but seems operable. I recently purchased this. It is very sturdy and stable to use.
I gave four stars because one of the plastic caps in the metallic base was missing. It wont stop it from doing its job but it leaves a sharp metal exposed. I cant be bothered to send it back now.

lucky for me I only have about a dozen things that need to be ironed. I do not recommend it to someone who has a whole family to iron for as it's not large enough. I was surprised by how sturdy it was though. A good deal for someone who has space issues such as myself.
