Customer Review: Great for casual use

This is my first string trimmer and it is perfect for tidying up around the yard at home. It is incredibly light so can easily be used without a strap. The D-handle tightens with a wingnut so is easy to adjust to get the best angle of attack for the job at hand. Following the starting instructions, it fired up with less than 10 light pulls. When warm, starts will one pull. The throttle level is easy to modulate and there is plenty of power. I used it to basically blast all the crud out of the drainage ditch in my front yard and it never gave a hint of stalling. Good on gas - a gallon of 2-stroke oil mix feels like it will last all season. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy duty use, but good for 30 minutes at a time to neaten lawn edges all clear out small overgrown areas of your yard.
