I purchased the powerline 0900. used it in europe and us. it functions perfectly to charge my cell phone, ipod, and garmin.

This works great! My Garmin has to be plugged into the car or computer to charge. Now I have the best of both worlds and can play with it while in the house. Worth every penny.
