The swiveling lid binds with time, as it picks up fine dust from the vitamins within. The dispensing hole is way too small to allow the pills to fall out. First thing you must do is enlarge the hole - double or triple size. You can't make it too large. The cap needs a flange to make it more easily removeable. You must grab and pry the lid off now when it's time to refill a column. It works, and I haven't found one better, so you're stuck with this one. Given a choice to buy it or not, I'd buy it again until a better design comes out. One good thing about this one is each section holds many pills - in contrast to most others. This is still my favorite.Customer Review: worthless
