I bought two and very please with the product. They were straight forward to install and use. Make sure you measure carefully between your seat and handle bars. You want the bracket spacing such that they are directly above the handle bars and seat.
Don't cut the rope too short (like I did). It's length needs to be 5 times the height of the pulley to the ceiling when at the lowest point plus the distance between the brackets. For me, that is almost 50 feet of rope.
I bought a replacement rope at Home Depot.

I never have space for anything anymore, especially my bike. I know me and plenty of other people can find a place to put these things, they just take up so much space. Well now that I I got this item, my day is actually brighter. I don't know why I'm so happy with this product, but it worked great for me and is lasting very well. I've got to recommend this to all, because I'm sure you'll be happy with it too. It even comes with a lifetime warranty, isn't that sweet. Even the heavy bikes can by hung by this, trust me I know.Customer Review: Easy enough for my 6 year old to use!

I am impressed by the cost, quality and convenience of this pulley system. It took about 3 hours to install four in our garage, including a trip to Lowes for four 1x6 boards and some anchoring screws to ensure a secure fit. The directions were pretty good, my only recommendation is to have someone assisting with the installation to help with dropped screws, etc. I could not be happier with how easy it is to raise and lower the bikes, so easy that even my 6 year old daughter is able to raise and lower her bike on her own.Customer Review: Great product, great price

This is an excellent ceiling mount bike pulley system. The quality of the items if very good. Unlike others, I had no issue with the quality of the rope provided with the kit. The only questionable part of the kit is the wood screws provided by the manufacturer, which are of poor quality. Since I keep lots of screws on hand in my shop, this was not an issue for me, as I simply used by own wood screws. I would definitely recommend this product. You simply can't this great quality at this price elsewhere.Customer Review: Exactly what I was looking for!

Easy installation. I used different screws like other's have mentioned, but that's not because the other screws weren't sufficient. I just don't particularly like the panhead screws. I threw in some 3" coarse drywall screws. I also mounted it on a 2x4 first, then screwed the board into a joist. That made it easier to size it up to the bike first. That string is like the length of a football field, so yeah, it might need to be trimmed. But that doesn't take anything away. I got 4 of 'em and I love 'em.
