I really like this product, but they only sent me one pad. I contacted them and still have not received the other one. I really wish that they would make the bottom of the pad thicker, I have rough tile and after a couple of uses they have holes in them.Customer Review: Steamboy Pad Replacement

Our floor tiles are rough and these pads fall apart after 2 to 3 cleanings. The pads pick up dirt beautifully, however, they do not last long.
