I ordered two of the pads. When I tried to put one of them on my Eureka Hard Surface Floor Cleaner Model 313A, the pad wasn't long enough to fit around both sides of the machine and go under the clips provided on top of the machine which hold the pad in place. I went to the Eureka Parts web site, and they don't even list this model of steamer. I am waiting for an email from Eureka in response to my inquiry about which pad to use.Customer Review: These are horrible

I bought the Eureka Envirosteamer and these were recommended to buy along with it. First of all, they aren't even big enough to use with the Eureka steamer, and secondly, they look like I tore up old dish cloths and had my 3 yr old sew them together. Amazon suggests these rags as compatible with the Eureka Envirosteamer. They are not. Amazon continues to get people to pay money for products they can't use.
