First off, to all those complaining about the price, its only $4.29 at walmart, everyone lives somewhere close to one of those. Anyway, I love this product. It was recomended to me by another customer at walmart, and I am so glad I bought it. If you folllow the instructions to a T, it will work perfect. I never noticed any bad smell unless I'm actually right on top of it, so that doesnt bother me. Second, I have a veg garden and for some reason the fly's are all over it by the hundreds, which is gross, then they migrate in my house, which is more gross. They're also all over my yard and biting my dogs, I've never seen anything this bad before. I hung the traps, one near the corner of my yard, near the garden, and one on the other side of the yard in the furthest corner. Within 2 days the traps were full and I had to put new ones up, but the best part, no more fly's all over my yard, they're almost all gone from my garden, and I'm not having to contantly shoo them out of my house. I dont know where they came from, I dont care. The fact is, they're dead now and my yard is back to normal. I LOVE this product. Yes, its alittle gross to see all the dead and dying fly's in the trap, but, Its worth every "blegh" you have to say when looking at it. To get the best results, you really want to hang this as far as possible from your house, even if thats not where the fly's are, the smell from the trap will lure them to it, so you dont have droves of fly's flying around this thing next to your house. Bottom line, buy it! Fly season doesnt last forever, but this makes it much more barable!
