Tools and Hardware Reviews of Rite Lite LPL623W 5 LED Puck Light 3 Pack - WhiteCustomer Review: convenient Summary: 4 Stars
I find these little lights to be convenient and useful. I like the Velcro strips on the back which make them easy to remove when you're changing the batteries. I'm sure there are people who like the dual brightness option but I don't. I can't imagine why anyone would want the dim setting for a light that is so weak in the first place. So, each time you have to turn the light off, you have to tap it twice. The first tap gets you to the "dim" mode and the second tap turns it off. I would have preferred only one setting, requiring only one tap to turn on and off. I looked for ones like that but could not find any in this quantity, for this price. So I guess it's worth the little bit of annoyance.
Customer Review: Work fine, with one major flaw Summary: 4 Stars
These lights work fine for what they are. The double-sticky velcro makes them easy to put where you want them. The light is not as bright as I'd hoped but it does the job illuminating dark closets, which is what I bought them for.
The one major flaw is that it has two brightness modes; each tap rotates through bright -> dim -> off, so it takes two taps to turn it off. Trouble is, dim is really not any dimmer than bright, so its not that useful, and twice already i've tapped it on the way out thinking I was turning it off, but instead turning it to not-so-dim, and ended up draining the batteries because it stayed on for days. Would have been better if it was just a simple on-off.
Customer Review: Just what I was seeking Summary: 4 Stars
I needed some additional light in the dark corners of our little fiberglass travel trailer and these fit the bill. Two went in a closet, one went into a front outside storage compartment. I especially like the bulbs are spread out, giving area light rather than a focused spot. I also like the lights both swivel and pivot.
The light is classic blue-white LED light, not warm-white at all; but that didn't matter for my needs. I suspect I'm a poor evaluator of their durability, I've had them but three months and they are only used infrequently...hardly an endurance test. Regardless, i'm pleased with the purchase.

Customer Review: slight mounting problem Summary: 4 Stars
I got these lights to use in closets. They work well, if you position them so the light is pointing at your target. The light is a little "beam"-y, doesn't spread out as much as you'd think, but is bright enough. One of mine will not stay stuck to the hook-and-loop pad that sticks it on the wall. The pad stays stuck to the wall, but the light won't stick to it. They also have a screw hole for mounting which is probably easier anyway. The hook-and-loop is so strong that it's tough to remove the light from it to change batteries, but you can just unhook it from the screw easily.
Customer Review: They work for me Summary: 4 Stars
I am quite satisfied with these lights, particularly considering they were $8 for the set of three when I bought them. I use them near the bed in the middle of the night when I need some light but do not want bright room lights.
They can be mounted with double stick foam tape which is included. The backing on this tape is a little hard to remove. But after a minute's work to remove it, the result was fine.
For me, they would be handier if they only had two settings - on and off - rather than three settings - on/dim/off.
