Customer Review: Good knives, poor packaging

Received the knives today and they look to be of a good quality but I am disappointed in the shipping. Shaking the box I could hear the knives rattling around inside the box. Upon opening the box, I found that there was no packing in the box. The knives were free to move around in the box rubbing against each other. For what are supposed to be precision knives, this is a surprise and a disappointment.

The knives are not sharp and will need to be sharpened before use. I don't know if this is typical or if it is because of the packaging or both.
