Do not let the term "hammered steel" deceive you. The rack has a very unattractive industrial black/chrome finish over a smooth steel surface. This is not the same finish that is seen on more expensive racks. On the plus side the unit seems sturdy and functional.Customer Review: Quality looked good, but finish was not attractive at all.

I have to admit that I agree with one of the earlier posters, the finish is nto attractive at all. It looks as if it was painted with splatter paint. I've returned the item and decided it's worth it to pay a bit more money for a higher quality product.Customer Review: DONT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE

REALLY?!?!? well i bought a pot rack on the 26th of December... bought as part of my wedding anniversary gift and was estimated to be at my house in between the 30th adn the 2nd...well guess what?..today is the 7th of January and I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PACKAGE!...Costumer service very poor and informal, extremely disappointed with this horrid service so if you wanna buy from them PLEASE DONT! Go to BED BATH AND BEYOND, they do have the same rack, use ur 20% off coupon and you get it for the same price that way you avoid dealing with this type of dishonest and unprofesional people.
