Customer Review: Dirt Devil Versa all in one Vacuum

I like the machine so far. If it lasts a long as it's predecessor a cute little canister model I will be more than thrilled. The old one lasted over 10 (maybe 15) years. What I am not pleased about is the limited one year warranty advertised on the page. Mine has the warranty start date stamped on the label. Warranty started on 4-08. Not much good in 7-09. Second the filter replacement (F25) is not readily available any where (including Dirt [...]) which is not a plus. Third that Dirt Devil.com address is not accessible, unless you add a product to the address. Hit and miss to the site and then only to purchase items. No customer support nor registration of that one year limited warranty. After all that, I would actually buy another one! These are currently not available, must have run out of that old stock. The newer models of this machine appear to offer two modes of use, with no attachment crevice tool. I do like the little thing so gave the product 5 stars, as the filter is the only draw back to the machine I have found. It gets VERY clogged with fine dust and needs cleaning repeatedly, thus my search for an extra filter. I haven't tried it on the carpet yet, probably won't until I find that extra filter!
