Our coordinating 90/10 feather/down bed pillow has a double cover for maximum protection, Cotton Damask Check 275 thread count outer cover and 233 thread count cotton inner cover. Pillows are machine washable, 5 year limited warranty. Down and feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor. I ordered two sets of these good pillows and when they arrived one of the packages had only one pillow. I reported this fact very promptly after arrival, and was told that they would be glad to replace the pillow, but would have to do it by sending a package of two pillow, not just the one that was missing. After this other messages from Amazon said they were permanently out of stock with this item, and that they would credit my visa card with one half of the purchase price. About a month later I received a package that included two pillows! This is nice, but I expect you have now credited my account with a sum of about $12, which you no longer owe. Let me know how you would like to deal with this small problem. In the meantime I ordered another set of similar pillows, and was told that it too was permanently out of stock. I haven't looked on the website to confirm this. I like the pillows. I now have 5 of them, and am not unhappy with that result. Lois Renthal
