This is a really cool gadget. I do have fascination with LEDs, from flashlights, head lamps, Christmas lights, key lights,etc. What I like about LED's is they last for thousand of hours and consume so little energy. You can drop it on the concrete floor and it will still work. This is not the new high wattage LEDs, but it doesn't matter because those costs so much. Comes with a nice tough black case. Shop around, got mine for less than 10$.
The added laser pointer is really nice. Made in aluminum and in comes in attractive colors. It only has 1 button that cycles through light/laser/off. What makes it dangerous is in the hands of kids. They love to play with it. Laser can cause real damage to eyes. To be safe, I ended up storing it away in my glove compartment to keep them away from my kids.

I have this flashling; it's one of many, but it's my favorite. I have droped it on many occasions and it keeps going. The thing that impressed me the most though, was when I dropped it behind drywall. I had pulled out a phone jack and was looking through the hole, into the drywall, for a place to pull a cable. I dropped my flashlight into the hole and couldn't retrieve it. A day and a half later I returned with a spring loaded gripper and retrieved the flashlight. This is a wonderful product. You will want to buy more after you use it for the first time. Thanks to Speak Man for giving me my first led flashlight and now I must buy more for my friends. Wow 39 years old and I still have fun lighting up anything that reflects the laser pointer. Cats will be very happy if I find them in my yard after dark. Haha! This is a great combination tool. The cats love to chase the red dot, the flashlight is very bright and if necessary I can use the laser for presentations but the cats come first.Customer Review: Awesome, great for cats too!

This is a great multipurpose flash light. Pretty bright, dependable and also has a laser pointer. Works great as a cat toy. Also accepts AAA batteries so it is convenient.
