I purchased these forceps for a craft project and am very pleased with this purchase. The forceps are not too heavy, can open very wide when needed, and have one feature that I'm a little mixed on - the forceps can lock closed when you move it into the closed position. I'm mixed on this because a lot of times I accidentally lock them closed without intending to! Both forceps have a ridged tip for better gripping. Recommended!
